• Each week we will discuss slightly different areas
of the body with the theme of working from the
core out, to make you stronger and more resilient
• Enhancing yoga poses to reduce pain or potential injury.
This is not a small group workout
class. This will be limited to 12 people and the cost is
$20 per person. This is meant to be gentle, but
restorative (you should not need to shower after
unless you are a very heavy sweater.) Coach James
will be leading all of these classes.
